摘要
本文运用元分析方法深入了解我国高校教师职业倦怠的真实状况。通过文献查阅收集44项使用包含"情绪耗竭"、"去人性化"和"低成就感"三因素测评工具的关于高校教师职业倦怠的研究,样本总量为14467人,根据人口学特征(性别、年龄、婚姻、岗位和职称等5个因素)分组,进行元分析处理。结果显示,人口学变量对高校教师职业倦怠有一定影响,表现在性别、年龄和职称三个方面,平均效应量分别为0.19、0.46和0.20,达到中效应水平;而婚姻状况和岗位类型影响不大,平均效应量分别是0.06和0.02,为小效应。高校教师职业倦怠群体内差异不受研究类型影响,但研究工具造成的差异值得关注。
The method of meta-analysis was utilized to analyze the real demographic characteristics of the Teachers' Job Burnout in College. Forty-four cases pertaining to the College Teachers' Job Burnout were used, and 14467 teachers were surveyed. A meta-analysis was conducted on these articles in which that "Emotional exhaustion, Depersonalization and Diminished personal accomplishment" three dimensions of assessment tools was used. The study found that demographic variables have a certain influence on the University Teachers' Burnout performance in three aspects of Gender, Age and Professional Titles, the average effect sizes were 0. 19,0. 46 and 0. 20, for the medium effect; Marriage and Job Category, the average effect size of 0. 06 and 0. 02, for the small effect. Teacher burnout is not influenced by the type of research, but the differences caused research tool worthy of attention.
