摘要
目的探讨中西医结合疗法治疗急性心肌梗塞的疗效。方法将78例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各39例。对照组运用尿激酶联合低分子肝素钙治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上运用中药治疗。结果治疗组有效率92.30%,明显优于对照组的74.36%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗急性心肌梗塞效果良好,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 78 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,39 cases in every group. Control group used urokinase with low molecular heparin calcium therapy;on the basis of control group the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 92.30%, and it was obviously better than 74.36% of the control group. Conclusion The effect of Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine as the treatment to acute myocardial infarction was good and worthy of clinical promotion.
