摘要
目的：探讨氧氟沙星滴耳液在急性化脓性中耳炎治疗中的临床应用。方法选取我院2008年12月-2009年12月收治的急性化脓性中耳炎患者141例，随机分为两组，治疗组（n=70）和对照组（n=71）。在全身用药的基础上，治疗组和对照组分别采用0.3%氧氟沙星滴耳液6-7滴、0.25%氯霉素滴耳液3-5滴，而后两组患耳均朝上保持10 min、每天两次，治疗1个疗程（1周）。观察两组患者症状、体征的改善情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率比较，差异显著（P﹤0.05），有统计学意义。结论氧氟沙星滴耳液在急性化脓性中耳炎治疗中效果显著，值得在临床进一步推广、使用。
Objective To discuss the clinical application of Ofloxacin Ear Drops for the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media. Methods From December, 2008 to December 2009, 141 patients with acute suppurative otitis media were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital, the treatment group （n=70） and control group （n=71）. On the basis of systemic therapy, the treatment group and the control group were treated respectively by 0.3% Ofloxacin Ear Drops 6 - 7 drops and 0.25% Chloramphenicol Ear Drops 3 - 5 drops, and then the patients in both groups kept ears upward for 10 minutes, two times a day, they were treated for 1 courses （1 week）. The symptoms and the situation of signs were observed. Results In treatment group and control group, when compared the total effective rates, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）, there was statistical significance. Conclusion The application of Ofloxacin Ear Drops for the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media was significant, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
