摘要
目的总结临床凝血检验项目测量不确定度的评定价值。方法以凝血分析仪与相关试剂测定各项指标,再以自由度评定测定结果的准确性。结果基于扩展不确定度而言,血浆凝血酶原时间为1.53s、血浆凝血酶时间为0.83s、活化部分凝血活酶时间为1.72s、空腹血浆葡萄糖为0.23g/l。结论临床凝血检验项目测量不确定度的评定具有现实意义。
Objective To summarize the evaluation and analysis of measurement uncertainty of the clinical coagulation test items. Method The items were tested by coagulation analyzer and related reagents, the accuracy of test results were determined by the degree of freedom. Results Based on the expanded uncertainty, the time for plasma prothrombin was 1.53s, for plasma was 0.83s, and for the activated part of thromboplastin time was 1.72s, meanwhile, the fasting plasma glucose was 0.23g/l. Conclusion The evaluation and analysis of the uncertainty for clinical coagulation test items was of practical signiifcance.
