摘要
目的探讨妇产科存在的问题与护理风险。方法采用回顾分析的方式来研究我院妇产科50起护理风险事件。结果在50起风险事件中,环境引起的事件为22起,占44%;产妇及其家属引起的事件为16起,占32%;护理人员水平引起的事件为8起,占16%;消毒引起的事件为4起,占8%。结论针对妇产科存在的风险因素与常见问题,必须要采取有效的防护措施,才能够保证妇产科护理工作顺利进行。
Objective To explore the problems and Nursing Risk in Obstetrics existing. Methods The retrospective analysis of the approach to the study of Obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital 50 cases of nursing risk events. Results In the 50 risk events, environmentally induced events for 22, accounted for 44%, maternal and their families caused event for 16, accounted for 32%, the level of nursing staff from the event for 8, accounted for 16%, disinfection caused event for 4, accounted for 8%. Conclusion According to the risk factors associated with the presence of Obstetrics and Gynecology common problems, we must take effective protective measures, to ensure the smooth conduct of the work of Department of gynaecology and obstetrics nursing.
