摘要
目的：探讨在普通外科中应用经脐单孔腹腔镜的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院收治165例经脐单孔腹腔镜手术患者，观察应用经脐单孔腹腔镜临床疗效。结果在165例患者中，术后有2例患者出现胆总管结石，予十二指肠镜进行取石治疗，有3例患者发生胆囊床感染，予腹腔穿刺进行治疗；手术没有发生切口感染，也没有相关的手术并发症发生；术后进行4-24个月的随访，没有发生出血、胆道损伤等并发症。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜操作安全且美观、微创，但操作难度高，临床医生在使用时应谨慎把握其手术适应证。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the application of the umbilical single port laparoscopic in general surgery. Methods 165 cases of patients in our hospital were retrospective analysed, was treated with transumbilical single hole laparoscopic operation the clinical curative effect of transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy was observed. Results The 165 patients, 2 patients had common duct stones, stone was removed by duodenal mirror treatment, 3 patients had gallbladder bed to infection, abdominal puncture treatment was used, operation had no incision infection, as well as the operation related complications, 4 - 24 months later follow-up the operation, bleeding, bile duct injury and other complications never happened. Conclusion Transumbilical single port laparoscopic operation was safe and beautiful, minimally invasive, but high dififcult in operation, clinicians should be cautious to grasp the operation indications.
