摘要
介绍9.00-20NHS 14PR OB502工业车辆轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 006mm,断面宽232mm,行驶面宽度210mm,行驶面弧度高5.5mm,胎圈着合直径514mm,胎圈着合宽度178mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.921 9,采用横向块状花纹,花纹深度25mm,花纹饱和度76%,花纹周节数30。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用8层高强度1400dtex/3锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/3V3锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用胶囊反包成型机成型、B型胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。
The design of 9.00- 20NHS 14PR OB502 industry vehicle tire was described. In the structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 006 mm, cross-sectional width 232 mm,width of running surface 210 mm,arc height of running surface 5. 5 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 514 mm,bead width at rim seat 178 mm,maximum width position of crosssectional(HI/H2 ) O. 921 9, transverse block pattern, pattern depth 25 mm, block/total ratio 76 %,and total number of pitches 30. In the construction design, the following processes were taken: three-formula and four-piece extruded tread,8 layers of high strength 1400dtex/3 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass ply,and 2 layers of 1400dtex/3V3 nylon 6 dipped cord for breaker ply. The tires were built on turn up bladder and cured by using type B bladder curing press. It was confirmed by the test of the finished tires that, the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements in design and national standard.
