摘要
通过对比国内外先进企业高级别耐酸管线钢生产情况,阐明了我国与国外耐酸管线钢在钢中有害元素P、S的控制水平、实物产品的力学性能、韧性、耐酸性及钢级等方面存在的差距。同时,指出高洁净冶炼控制技术,超低Mn成分设计理念及高等级、双抗性将是未来耐酸管线钢的发展方向。
By comparing domestic and foreign production status of high grade acid resistant pipeline steel, the difference between domestic and foreign technologies including content of P, S control level, physical mechanical properties, toughness, acid resistance and grade level are analyzed. It indicates that high clean smelting control technology, ultra low Mn component design concept and high grade, double resistance are the development trends of acid resistant pipeline steel.
