摘要
为解决PROTOS-M8卷烟机运行过程中存在的MAX控制段PROFIBUS-DP网络闪断现象而导致设备停机的问题,对MAX控制段的PROFIBUS-DP网络进行了改进。检查PROFIBUS-DP通讯网络电缆屏蔽和走向,保证"接地性"和相互不干扰;利用PROFITRACE工具包进行总线通讯电缆检查,更换电压不足的节点的PROFIBUS-DP连接器;检查Festo阀岛子站,对安装不规范的阀岛子站模块进行改进。应用效果表明,改进后的PROTOS-M8 MAX控制段运行稳定,PROFIBUS-DP总线网络闪断次数由平均3次/周下降到了0次/周,彻底消除了故障原因,提高了设备运行效率,满足了生产组织的要求。

The ap- plication results show that the PROTOS-M8 MAX control period of stable operation of the improved PROFIBUS-DP bus network flash off times by an average of 3 times per week had fallen to 0 times / week, completely eliminating the fault reason, improve equipment operating efficiency, to meet the requirements of production organization.
