摘要 瞬变流泄漏检测是一种新的管道泄漏检测方法。结合非恒定摩阻管流模型,运用Flowmaster软件对持续小泄漏情况的管道水击进行模拟,分析了不同泄漏量及不同泄漏位置对水击压力信号波形的影响。针对实际管道中存在弯头的情况进行仿真分析,结果表明当存在较多弯头时水击压力信号会存在较大波动,影响泄漏检测的精度。并建立了实际油库管道模型,仿真其泄漏和水击情况,为瞬变流法泄漏检测提供了理论指导。 The transient leak detection is a new method to detect leak in pipeline system. An unsteady friction model and Flow- master software is used to simulate water hammer in pipelines with existed minor leak. The effect of different volume and different area of leakage to the pressure signal of the water hammer is analyzed. The real pipeline with bends is the simulated and analyzed. According to the simulation result, the pressure signal of water hammer is perturbed a lot when there is "bend-short pipe-bend" com- ponent in the pipeline, thus affecting the result of transient leak detection. A model of pipeline in a real oil depot is also built, its wa- ter hammer with leak is simulated. A theoretical conduction of the transient leak detection is provided.
