摘要
本文介绍了一种单光子(SPI)与光电子(PEI)复合离子源。该离子源结构简单,仅通过源内电压参数的调整就可实现SPI与PEI的快速切换。把该离子源与飞行时间质量分析器结合,使用丙酮样品对离子源的电离性能进行了分析研究;并在SPI和PEI模式下对苯、二甲苯和氯苯标准气体进行了测试,定性估算检测限分别可达到0.8ppb、0.9ppb、0.8ppb和0.3ppb、0.4ppb、0.4ppb;同时还通过两种电离模式分别对白兰地、二锅头和茅台三种酒的气相组成进行了分析检测,不仅能够检测到酒中的部分风味组分,而且结合PCA分析方法,可对三种酒进行较好地区分。
A novel enclosed single-photon (SPI) and photoelectron (PEI) ionization complex ion source was introduced in detail. With its simple structure, the SPI and PEI can be easily switched by adjusting the electron extraction voltages. The ion source was installed on a time-of flight mass analyzer, and the performance was tested using acetone sample gas. We have studied the standard sample gases, benzene, xylene and chlorobenzene under SPI and PEI working condition,and the limit of detections can be reached to 0.8ppb,0.9ppb,0.8ppb and 0.3ppb,0.4ppb,0.4ppb, respectively; Meanwhile, the vapor components of the wines, brandy, Erguotou and Maotai were analyzed, which can not only detect the major flavor compounds through their mass spectra on both ionization models, but also accurately distinguish three kinds of wines using principal component analysis (PCA) method.
