摘要
为了研究钎焊接头裂纹起裂和扩展规律,利用内聚力模型模拟三点弯钎焊接头裂纹扩展过程。通过试验得到钎焊接头起裂时所能承受的最大载荷为1 364.83N,与模拟值1 392.29N很接近。在裂纹扩展阶段,通过试验得到的载荷-张开位移曲线与模拟结果吻合较好,说明内聚力模型可以很好地预测三点弯钎焊接头裂纹扩展过程。
In order to research the law of crack occurrence and growth, applying bilinear cohesive zone model to simulating the crack growth process of the three-point bending joint was implemented. The testing results show that the maximum load on the brazed joint's crack occurrence can be 1364.83N close to 1392.29N sim- ulated; and in the crack growth, the load-crack opening displacement curve from the experiments agrees well with the simulation results, this indicates that the cohesive zone model can accurately prediet the cracking process at the brazed joint.
