阻抗控制系统与温控系统治疗异常子宫出血的临床效果对比

摘要 目的:研究阻抗控制系统和温控系统治疗异常子宫出血(AUB)的效果,探讨其临床适用性。方法选取2011年10月~2013年10月在本院就诊的180例AUB患者,随机分为对照组(90例)和实验组(90例),实验组给予阻抗控制系统治疗,对照组给予温控系统治疗,比较两组术中出血量、手术时间,随访术后疗效、并发症情况、闭经率和血红蛋白水平。结果两组术中出血量、术后腹痛发生率和血红蛋白水平对比,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。实验组的手术时间为(1.30±0.14) min,显著短于对照组的(26.85±3.58) min;实验组术后12个月闭经率(81.1%)明显高于对照组(55.6%),差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论阻抗控制系统子宫内膜去除术比温控系统治疗AUB的时间更短,闭经率更高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study the effect of impedance-controlled system and temperature-controlled system in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB). Methods 180 patients with AUB from October 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group (90 cases) and experimental group (90 cases). Impedance-controlled system was used in experimental group,temperature-controlled system was applied in experimen-tal group.The bleeding amount,operation time in two groups were compared.Efficacy of postoperative,complication,the a-menorrhea rate and hemoglobin level were followed up. Results The bleeding amount,the incidence rate of postopera-tive pain and hemoglobin level in two groups was compared respectively,with no statistical difference(P〉0.05).Operation time in experimental group was (1.30±0.14) min,significantly shorter than that in control group [(26.85±3.58) min],with statistical difference(P〈0.05).The amenorrhea rate after operation of 12 months in experimental group(81.1%)was signif-icantly higher than that in control group(55.6%),with statistical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Endometrial ablation of impedance-controlled system in the treatment of AUB has shorter time,higher amenorrhea rate than the temperature control system,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
