摘要
目的探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗酒精性肝病并失眠的临床效果。方法选取具有较好依从性的患者38例,随机分为两组,对照组18例患者采用艾司唑仑治疗,中药组20例患者采用血府逐瘀汤随症加减治疗。结果中药组总有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤治疗属血瘀证兼有肝气郁结证型酒精性肝病并失眠具有良好的效果,可较快改善患者睡眠等症状,疗效满意。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu tang in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease combined with insomnia. Methods Thirty-eight patients with good compliance were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Estazolam was used in control group（n=18）,while modified Xuefu Zhuyu tang based on symptoms was adopted in Chinese herbal medicine group（n=20）. Results Total effective rate of Chinese herbal medicine group was 90.00%,much higher than that of control group（83.33%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu tang can obtain a favorable effect in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease combined with insomnia in the pattern of blood stasis and liver qi stagnation.It can quickly improve patient′s sleep and get a satisfying effect.
