摘要
负荷预测是电网规划建设的基础和核心,本文提出了一种城市配电网规划负荷预测新方法。这种方法与传统的负荷预测方法相比,其主要特点在于不仅从时间上进行了预测,也从空间上进行了预测,利用该方法对某城市经济技术开发园区的负荷进行了预测,有效解决了不确定因素的偏差影响,提高预测的精度。
Load forecasting is the foundation and core grid planning and construction. The paper presents a load forecasting urban distribution network planning new methods. This method is compared with traditional load forecasting methods, and its main characteristic is that not only carried out from the time the forecasts which were also predicted from space, using the method of loading a city Economic and Technological Development Zone are predicted to effectively address deviation uncertainties to improve prediction accuracy.
