摘要 动力电池及其相关设备的生产、测试和研发过程中,需要用到电池模拟器;传统的电池模拟器存在输出功率小和输出精度低的缺点;本文介绍了一种基于直流-直流变换器和线性稳压技术的电池模拟器;通过隔离型多路输出变换器实现各个电池单元的隔离供电,通过直流-直流变换器实现输出电压的预调整,应用线性稳压电路,降低输出电压纹波,提高了输出电压的精度,并设计了试验样机,进行了试验验证,获得较好的模拟效果。 The battery cell simulators are used in the production、test and designing of battery pack; the traditional design has the problem of low output power and accuracy; this article designed a high-output power and high accuracy battery simulator depend on the dc-dc converter and linear voltage regulate technical; Every battery simulator cell has isolated power supply used the FLYBACK converter, the output will be pre-adjusted based on the dc-dc converter, and reduce the output ripple by the linear voltage regulate. This article designed an experimental sample and tested the function, achieved a good performance.
