摘要
目的了解儿童厌食症及伴随症状对其身高、体重的影响。方法采用随机整群抽样方法，选择北京市东高地三所幼儿园3～6岁在园儿童，对其家长进行问卷调查。结果无食量减少的孩子约占总数的82．2％，而无食量减少且没有伴随症状的孩子只占总数的32．1％；儿童身高、体重与厌食症状评分均呈负相关，提示厌食评分表评分越高的儿童，身高和体重越低。结论厌食症的患儿其进食量和伴随症状均会影响其身高体重，儿童厌食评分表可以比较科学的反映儿童营养情况。
Objective To investigate the effects of anorexia and associated symptoms on the height and weight. Methods Using random cluster sampling method to select children of 3-6 years old from three kindergartens in Beijing Eastern Highlands region and conducted a questionnaire survey among their parentsl Results Children without reducing food intake was 82.2% and without reducing food intake and no associated symptoms was 32.1%; there was a negative correlation between height, weight and anorexia suggesting that the higher the rating the score sheet anorexia, the lower the children＇s height and weight. Conclusion Anorexia and associated symptoms can affect height and weight in children, children anorexia score sheet can scientifically reflect the nutritional status of children.
