摘要 近年来,我国科学技术的不断进步为风电装机技术的发展创造了有利的条件。但是,受诸多因素的影响,在风电机组运行的过程中,出现了大规模风机脱网事故,严重影响了发电机组的正常运行,大大降低了我国风电事业的整体发展水平,对我国国民经济的发展产生了不利的影响。结合大规模风电的优势及其接线特点、继电保护配置等,系统地研究了大规模风机脱网事故,分析了风电出力、故障地点等不确定性因素的特点和各元件所配继电保护对发电机组的影响。同时,总结了应对故障的相关措施,大大提高了风电发电机组的稳定性和安全性。 In recent years, created favorable conditions for the continuous progress of science and technology in China for the development of wind power installed technology. However, affected by many factors, in the process of wind turbine operation, the emergence of large-scale wind turbine off network accident, seriously affected the normal operation of the generator, greatly reducing China's wind power industry overall level of development, produced a negative impact on the development of China's national economy. Combined with the large-scale wind power advantage and connection characteristics, relay protection configuration, a systematic study of a massive fan off network accident, analyzed the characteristics of wind power, fault location uncertainties and each element with relay protection effect on the generation unit. At the same time, summed up the relevant measures to deal with the fault, greatly improving the stability and security of the wind power Renerator set.
