摘要
采用傅里叶红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱及热重分析等研究了苯基苯酚用量对多酚改性酚醛树脂结构与性能的影响。结果表明:随着苯基苯酚用量的增加,树脂的活性羟甲基指数逐渐减少,亚甲基指数也相应降低。苯基苯酚的引入有利于实现对酚醛树脂分子质量及其分布的有效控制,树脂的重均分子质量(Mw)由未改性前的5 902逐渐降至970,分布指数由11.20减小至2.99。改性后树脂残炭率和热分解温度可分别达到:66.49%和511.4℃,明显优于未改性树脂。
The effect of phenyl-phenol amount on the structure and properties of polyphenol-formaldehyde resin(p-PF resin)was investigated FT-IR,GPC and TG. The results showed that the index of active hydroxymethyl was reduced and methylene index was decreased in the same way with the increasing of phenyl-phenol dosage. The molecular weight(Mw)and molecular weight distribution(PDI)of p-PF resin was effective controlled by the introducing of phenyl-phenol. The Mwwas decreased from 5 902 to 970 and PDI was decreased from11.20 to 2.99. The char yield and thermal decomposition temperature of the modified resin were up to 66.49% and 511.4 ℃,reseparately and significantly better than those of unmodified resin.
