摘要
针对船舶辅锅炉系统实际训练中存在的局限性,以COSCO PACIFIC万箱集装箱船的辅锅炉系统为仿真对象,采用混合建模法建立了船舶辅锅炉的炉膛、汽包等数学模型,并应用VC++编程技术模拟船舶辅锅炉的实际工况,实现了辅锅炉系统的燃油、水和蒸汽等系统的软件操作界面设计和功能仿真。对所设计的仿真系统进行了一系列操作和测试,结果表明该系统能够全面、逼真地反映辅锅炉系统的工作情况和实际动态过程,对学员熟练掌握船舶辅锅炉系统的操作要领可起到重要的推动作用。
Due to limitations in the practical training of ship auxiliary boiler system, a ship auxiliary boiler simulation system was developed according to COSCO PACIFIC the container ship. The mathematical model of auxiliary boiler furnace and drum system was established by hybrid modeling method, which realized the software interface design and function simulation of fuel oil, water and steam system by applying VC++ programming techniques. Through a series of operations and tests on the designed system, it is shown that the system can comprehensively and realistically reflect the working condition and the actual dynamic-process of ship auxiliary boiler system. The developed system can play an important role in promoting trainee mastering the operation essentials of ship auxiliary boiler system.
