摘要
梳理绩效导向的薪酬制度与员工创造性的理论与实证研究情况,提出可以基于自我决定理论框架及对相关影响因素作用的分析,将行为学派与认知学派对于两者关系的矛盾观点进行调和,并指出分析路径、调节变量作用及研究前景。研究结果对薪酬制度设计与提高员工创造性绩效具有指导意义。
This article systematically reviews the theory and empirical research about the influence of performance - oftented compensation system on employee creative performance, and tries to reconcile the debate between the cognitive school and behavioral school about the relationship through the lens of Self - Determination Theory by the analysis of influencing factors. Also it points out the path of analysis and the role of moderators. Finally, the article represents new prospects for future study. These findings are significant for the design of compensation system and fostering creative performance.
