摘要
目的观察自拟二术膏治疗亚急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将142例患者随机分为2组,治疗组72例口服自拟二术膏,早、晚各1次;对照组70例口服氯雷他定片,每天1次。2组均以治疗4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90.28%,复发率4.76%,对照组分别为77.14%和2 5.0%,2组总有效率和复发率比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟二术膏治疗亚急性湿疹疗效满意,复发率低,服用方便,价格低廉。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of subacute eczema treated with Ershu Ointment.Methods 142 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （72 cases） and control group （70 cases）. The treatment group was intervened by Ershu Ointment orally, twice a day, morning and night. The control group took Loratadine orally once daily, 4 weeks for one course. The treating lasted for 2 courses. Results In treatment group, the total effective rate was 90.28%, the recurrence rate was 4.76%. In control group, they were 77.14% and 25.0% respectively. There was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ershu Ointment is easy to use and low in price. Its healing efficacy is determined in treating subacute eczema.
