摘要 滑块体零件的基础特征尺寸有100多个,设计时需要查表和使用经验公式进行繁琐的计算,花费了大量时间和精力。以UG软件为平台,将KF(Knowledge Fusion,知识熔接)产生式规则与UG表达式引用等技术相结合建立参数化模板;通过UG/OPEN Menu Script和UIStyler设计了菜单和对话框,利用API函数实现模型驱动;在Visual C中基于MFC平台实现标准型号滑块体数据库访问;基于KF技术,开发了滑块体参数化设计系统。此系统只需要在用户界面输入6个主参数,就可以生成相应的滑块体零件,大大地缩短了滑块体零件的设计时间,能让企业快速参与和赢得市场竞争。 There are more than 100 base feature dimensions of the slide block part, and a great deal of time and energy are spent in looking up table and experience formulas for designing calculation of the part. The parametric model for slide block was established based on UG software by combining with KF ( Knowledge Fusion) production rules and expression references. The menu and dialog box were designed by UG/OPEN MenuScript and UIStyler. API function was used to realize the model driven. Database of standard slide block parts was accessed based on the MFC platform in Visual C environment. The parametric design system of slide block was developed based on KF technology. After six main parameters are input in the user interface in this system, the corresponding parts will be generated. Therefore, the designing period of slide block is greatly shorten, which enable enterprises to react and participate in the market rapidly and finally win the competition.
