摘要
分析了S公司EHS等级管理目标有成效的实施,以及企业环境、健康、安全的体系化管理经验,外企成熟有效的现代管理理念和制度化管理,为我国企业环境监督员制度建设和完善企业环境管理体系提供参考。
Through the analysis of the implementation of EHS level management＇s target and the systematic managerial experiences of promoting and perfecting the environment, health and security of enterprises, the article interprets the mature and effective modern management concept and institutionalized management in foreign company. The findings of the article are worth studying and promoting in the construction of enter- prises＇ environmental supervisor＇s system construction and in the improvement of enterprises＇ environmental management system.
