摘要 镜像痛为躯体一侧组织或神经损伤时产生疼痛及痛敏,在对侧对应区域亦产生疼痛及痛敏的现象。α2肾上腺素受体(alpha-2 adrenergicreceptor,α2-AR)在痛觉调制过程中起着重要作用,在镜像痛研究显示α2-AR激动剂亦可减缓镜像痛敏。现就镜像痛的发生机制结合最新的研究进展,探讨α2-AR参与镜像痛调控的可能机制。α2-AR在镜像痛的调制方面或具重要作用。 Mirror-ARimage pain is a spontaneous pain and hyperalgesia induced by tissue or nerve injury in both the injured and the contralateral site.Alpha-2 adrenergic receptor(α2-AR) plays an important role in pain modulation,and α2-AR agonists may relief the mirror-ARimage hyperalgesia in the study of mirror-ARimage pain.This review updates possible mechanisms of α2-AR involved in the mirror-ARimage pain modulation.It is demonstrated that α2-AR may play a significant role in the mirror-ARimage pain modulation.
