摘要
艾滋病病毒(HIV)职业暴露预防用药已在我国开展多年,而针对性暴露等非职业暴露后的预防用药指南截至目前我国尚未出台,美国、英国、加拿大等许多国家均制订了本国非职业暴露预防用药指南,许多医疗机构依据相关指南为暴露者提供药物阻断服务,为非职业暴露预防阻断的有效性研究提供了大量数据。文章对近年来世界上一些国家针对非职业暴露预防用药研究进展进行综述。
Objective HIV occupation post exposure prophylaxis has been carried out for many years in our country, but the non-occupation post exposure prophylaxis guidelines has not yet published in China. USA, Britain, Canada and many other countries have developed their own non-occupation exposure prophylaxis guidelines. Many medical institutes provided drug prevention service for HIV exposurers according to guidelines, which provides lots of data for non-occupation exposure. This paper reviewed the research progress on non-occupation exposure prophylaxis.
