摘要
为了实现基于DELMIA的虚拟维修过程建模,通过在传统的维修过程分解体系中加入维修动作层,构建了包含四个层次的维修过程分解体系,利用PERT图实现了虚拟维修过程建模,给出了作业时间的预计方法,并以某型飞机发动机拆卸过程为例,验证了方法的可行性。
For achieving virtual maintenance process modeling based on DELMIA, a new decomposition system consisting of four levels for maintenance process was constructed through adding maintenance activity level. Then a modeling method of virtual maintenance process was achieved using PERT chart in DLEMIA. Based on this process model, a method of predicting maintenance time was set up. Finally, took the engine disassembling process of a aircraft as an example, the feasibility of this method was validated.
