潮汕地区两季稻田土壤动物群落多样性差异分析

摘要 为了解早、晚两季稻田土壤动物群落结构及其差异性,对潮汕地区早、晚两季稻田0—20 cm土层的土壤动物进行了采样研究。采用手捡法收集大型土壤动物,采用干漏斗法分离中小型土壤动物,采用改良的贝尔曼漏斗法分离土壤线虫。结果显示,共检测到大、中型土壤动物1264只,隶属11目20科;分离土壤线虫5293条,隶属11科18属。两季稻田大、中型土壤动物丰富度指数达到显著水平(P<0.05),个体数量则达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。两季稻田土壤线虫的个体数、类群数、Shannon指数、优势度指数和丰富度指数达到显著水平(P<0.01),均匀度指数达到显著性水平(P<0.05)。食细菌线虫在5—10 cm及10—15 cm土层中均达到极显著性水平(P<0.01),土壤线虫个体数量在各土层按0—5 cm>6—10 cm>11—15 cm>16—20 cm递减分布。综述研究结果表明,气候条件、土壤环境的差异及土壤动物的营养结构的变化,是早、晚两季稻田土壤动物组成及多样性形成差异的主要原因。 To better understand community structure and difference of soil animal in early and late season rice fields, soil animals from 0-20 cm layer of soil in Chaoshan area were surveyed and sampled. Hand picking, tullgren apparatus and modified Baermann funnel methods were used to extract large, small-medium sized animals, and soil nematodes, respectively. A total of 1264 animals from 11 orders and 20 families, and 5293 nematodes from 11 families and 18 genera were identified, respectively. The results showed that either richness index or individual number in the large and medium-sized soil animals had a significant difference between early and late season rice fields. Significant differences were further found at individual number, group number, Shannon index, dominance index, richness index and evenness index in soil nematodes. The number of bacterial-feeding nematodes had significant difference between 5-10 cm and 10-15 cm soil layers, and the number of nematode individuals for two types of rice fields was successively 0-5 cm, 6-10 cm and 11-15 cm soil layers in a descending order. In short, differences of climate condition and soil environment, as well as changes from soil animal structure are main factors which can contribute to the forming of species diversity for soil animal between early and late rice fields.
