摘要
目的了解医疗机构近三年的消毒灭菌状况,加强医院感染控制及医疗机构的消毒管理工作。方法采用现场抽检方法,对大理州医疗机构卫生消毒与灭菌质量进行监测与评价。结果大理州近三年从各级医疗机构中共采集不同对象标本21 342份,卫生消毒质量合格率为88.87%。无菌物品、物体表面与医务人员手、室内空气等监测对象合格率依次为94.34%、87.46%和82.82%。随着医疗机构级别降低,消毒质量合格率依次降低。结论云南大理州各级医疗机构消毒效果近年来有所改进,但应重点关注无菌物品灭菌质量,限期改进和提高。
Objective To understand the disinfection and sterilization situations of medical institutions during recent 3years so as to strengthen the hospital infections and disinfection management of medical institutions. Methods Sampling on the spot was used to monitor and evaluate the disinfection and sterilization quality of medical institutions in Dali. Results21342 shares specimens of different objects were collected from different levels medical institutions in Dali during 3year. The total average qualified rate of hygiene disinfection quality was 88. 87%. The average qualified rate of asepsis objects,object surfaces and staff’hands,room air were 94. 34%,87. 46% and 82. 82% respectively. The disinfection qualified rates decreased by turns with the lower degree of medical institutions. Conclusion The disinfection quality of different levels medical institutions in Dali Yunnan has been improved in recent years. But the sterilization quality of asepsis objects should be focused on and should be improved in a limited time.
