摘要
磷酸铁锂电池的生产工艺严重影响其性能。实时跟踪采集与处理电池的充放电电压与温度值,可以了解电池的充放电特性,优化电池的实际使用方式。该文所设计的电池性能测试系统以STC12C5A60S2单片机作为微处理器,连接2片AD7888芯片实现多通道A/D转换,并通过模拟开关CD4051连接多路温度传感器,以及控制继电器开合,采集的数据通过USB总线通信传送到上位机。数据分析依据直流放电闭合前后的压差算出电池内阻,利用充放电电流与时间的积分得到电池容量,并与电压相对应。结果显示大电流充放电时内阻引起的压差不可忽视,需要实时矫正,充电时间有限制时可不进行涓流充电,而电池存放时的电压值应在最稳定放电区间,此外电池具有良好的温度特性。
The performance of lithium iron phosphate battery is affected seriously by the production process. By real time tracking, collecting and dealing with the data of voltage and temperature of the charge and discharge of the battery, can grasp the charge and discharge characteristics of the battery and optimize the use of the battery actually. The battery performance testing system in this paper, STC12CSA60S2 microcontroller is used as microprocessors, connects to two pieces of AD7888 chips to get multi-channel voltage; also links to the multi channel temperature sensors through analog switch CD4051; and controls relays ON/OFF. Data collected is transferred to the host computer via the USB bus communication. The data analysis depends on these methods: according to the voltage difference before and after the relays open in the DC discharge, calculate the battery internal resistance; obtain the battery capacity through the integral of the charge-discharge current for time, and match with the voltage. The results showed, it cannot be ignored the voltage difference which is caused by resistance in large charge discharge current condition and needs to be modified by real-time; it is not necessary to trickle charge if the time for charge is limited; the voltage of the battery when stored should be in the most stable discharge interval; in addition, the battery has excellent temperature properties.
