摘要
针对传统测量变电所高压开关触点温度,普遍存在布线困难、准确度低、电源电压不稳定、工控计算机与自制下位机通讯困难等问题。设计采用ADT7420、REF3325和CC2530作为无线温度测量终端,通过中继器的收发,经CP2102转换实现无线收发器与PC的USB连接,最终实现变电所开关触点无线温度测量设计。实验结果表明,该设计具有精度高、超低功耗、稳定性好、可视化强以及集成度高等优点。
For the traditional temperature measurements of high-voltage substation switch contacts,difficult wiring, low accuracy , unstable power voltage , and difficult communication issues in industrial computer with homemade serial , which are common ubiquitous. This design uses ADT7420, REF3325 and CC2530 as wireless temperature measurement terminal, through repeater transmit-receives, conversion to realizing USB connection between wireless transceiver and PC by CP2102, achieving wireless temperature measurement in substation switch contacts design ultimately. Experimental result shows it has the advantages of high accuracy, ultra-low power consumption, good stability, strong visualization and high integration and so on.
