摘要
加州州立大学富勒顿分校(简称CSUF)商学院是美国第五大商学院,属于教学类商学院。课程设置非常有特色,以企业管理学士学位为例介绍必修课程的设置过程。设置注重前导和后续课程的衔接,按照从教学目标到课程设置再到评估不断循环的设计方式,体现学生翻转课堂的参与与练习环节,同时具备在线课堂的技术支撑。成功之处,值得我们深思与借鉴。
Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, California State University, Fullerton is the fifth largest business school in USA. As a teaching-oriented business school, its curriculum is very distinctive. Using the bachelor degree of Business Administration as an example, this paper introduces the curriculum development process of the mandatory courses. Stressing the cohesiveness between the formal and subsequent courses and following the pathway of teaching objective to curriculum development to assessment, the curriculum is also facilitated by the flipped classroom and online study. We should learn from its success.
