摘要
目的探讨对比应用双黄连口服液与雷尼替丁治疗口腔溃疡患者临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月-2014年1月我院治疗的64例口腔溃疡患者为研究对象，按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各32例。使用双黄连口服液与雷尼替丁治疗后观察对照组与观察组患者，并对比分析两组疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显大于对照组（93．8％〉84．4％）；两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论相比于双黄连口服液，利用雷尼替丁在治疗口腔溃疡可快速改善溃疡症状，提高患者生活质量，因此效果更加显著，值得临床推广应用。
Objective Comparison and Discussion on Application of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid and ranitidine in the treatment of oral ulcer in patients with clinical efficacy Methods Select 64 cases of patients with oral ulcer in 2013 January to 2014 January in our hospital as the research object, according to the random number table method were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 32 cases in each group. The use of Shuanghuanglianoral liquid and ranitidine observed after treatment of control group and the observation grouppatients, and comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results Treatment the total effective rate of observation group is obviously higher than that of controlgroup （92.8%〉 84.4%）; statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared to the Shuanghuanglian oral liquid by ranitidine in the treatment of oral ulcer, ulcercan quickly improve symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, so the more significant effect, worthy of clinical application.
