摘要
高职校园文化与企业文化对接与融合是高职教育发展的客观要求。通过综述文化概念、校园文化与企业文化内涵、校园文化与企业文化共同点与不同点研究、校园文化与企业文化对接与融合的意义、功能、方法及策略等基本理论问题,并在此基础上探索有成效的校园文化与企业文化的对接策略,对于构建高职特色的校园文化,实现高职校园内涵式发展具有十分重要理论和现实意义。
The docking and integration of Culture between Higher Vocational Campus and enterprise is objective requirement of development of Higher Vocational education.It has theoretical and practical significance to realize the connotation of Higher Vocational Campus development by exploring the docking strategy of campus culture and enterprise culture and the construction of the characteristics of higher vocational education through summarizing the basic theory of concept of culture,campus culture and enterprise culture connotation,the difference and the indifference of campus culture and enterprise culture,the significance,effect,method and tactic of campus culture and enterprise culture.
