摘要
轨道交通专业订单人才培养模式是高职教育为适应本地城市轨道交通建设人才需求而产生的一种重要人才培养模式，轨道交通专业订单人才模式在发展中遇到的困难，通过研究与实践，提供了高职轨道交通专业订单人才培养模式可持续发展的具体措施和思路。
