非小细胞肺癌合并脑损伤患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶含量的测定与临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究非小细胞肺癌合并脑损伤患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量的变化及意义。方法采用化学发光法对38例非小细胞肺癌合并脑损伤患者、60例单纯非小细胞肺癌组及肺部良性疾病患者血清NSE含量进行测定并比较。结果非小细胞肺癌合并脑损伤患者血清NSE浓度明显高于单纯非小细胞肺癌组(t=7.688,P<0.001)及肺部良性疾病组(t=12.950,P<0.001),而肺部良性疾病组血清NSE测定值与单纯非小细胞肺癌组之间差异未见统计学意义(t=1.284,P>0.05)。结论血清中NSE的变化可反映非小细胞肺癌合并脑损伤患者脑神经细胞的损害情况和功能状态。 【Objective】To study the changes of neuron specific enolase(NSE) in blood and its significance in patients with non small cell lung cancer combined with brain damage. 【Methods】The concentration NSE in b Iood was determined in 38 patients with non small cell lung cancer combined with Brain damage, 60 patients with non small cell and lung benign disease. 【Results】NSE concentration in blood in patients with non small cell lung cancer combined with brain damage group was significantly higher than that in non small cell lung cancer(t =7.688, P〈0.001), and lung benign disease(t =12.950, P〈0.001), no significant difference was found in NSE concentration between non small cell lung cancer and lung benign disease control individuals(t =1.284, P〉0.05).【Conclusion】NSE in blood could indicates the suffering situation and functional status of brain nerve cell of patients with non small cell lung cancer with brain damage.
