摘要
目的了解湖南省初中学生吸烟现况及其影响因素,为制定干预策略提供科学依据。方法采用与人口规模成比例概率抽样方法,对分层随机抽取的6 485名初中学生进行问卷调查。结果被调查初中学生尝试吸烟率为20.2%,现在吸烟率为6.4%;不同性别、年级、地域的初中学生,尝试吸烟率和现在吸烟率差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:性别、地域、每周零花钱、同伴吸烟、老师在校内吸烟、父母吸烟等因素与初中学生现在吸烟有关。结论湖南省初中学生吸烟情况不容乐观,应尽早对该人群开展控烟健康教育和控烟能力培养。
Objective To explore the current status of smoking and its influencing factors in junior middle school students so as to provide scientific evidence for formulating intervention strategies. ＂Methods A total of 6,485 junior middle school students were selected by using the method of sampling with probability proportional to population size in Hunan Province, and the questionnaire was used to investigate the junior middle school students. Results The rates of attempting smoking and current smoking among the surveyed students were 20.2 % and 6.4 %, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the rates of attempting smoking and current smoking among the students with different genders, grades and regions （all P 〈 0.05）. The muhifactor Logistic regression analysis showed that gender, region, weekly pocket money, peer smoking, teachers smoking at school and parental smoking were associated with the current smoking of the junior middle school students. Conclusions The situation of smoking of the junior middle school students in Hunan Province is not optimistic; and hence, it is necessary to conduct health education concerning tobacco control and cultivate the students＇ smoking control abilities.
