不均匀锈蚀钢筋应力-应变关系的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究不均匀锈蚀钢筋受力性能并建立其应力-应变关系的数学模型,采用外加电流加速锈蚀试验方法使钢筋产生不均匀锈蚀,通过拉伸试验得到了锈蚀钢筋的荷载-位移曲线.研究结果表明:通过控制外加电流密度大小、混凝土密实度及试件浸泡方式,可以得到沿钢筋截面及长度方向不均匀锈蚀的钢筋,钢筋锈蚀较严重的部位随机分布;对于不同种类的钢筋,随锈蚀率的增大,名义屈服强度、名义极限强度和极限延伸率呈降低的趋势.最后,在试验结果分析的基础上,建立了锈蚀光圆钢筋和带肋钢筋的应力-应变本构关系模型,并给出了特征参数的取值,以供实际工程参考. To investigate the mechanical behavior of nonuniform corroded steel bars, and to establish the mathematical models of the stress-strain relationship, an accelerating corrosion method by applying current was used to obtain the nonuniform corroded steel bars, and the load-displacement curves were obtained through tensile tests of corroded steel bars. Test results show that the nonuniform corroded steel bars are obtained by controlling the current density, the concrete density and the immersion method of specimen, the corrosion distribution on the surface and along the length direction of steel bars is nonuniform, and the serious corrosion parts are randomly scattered. Moreover, the nominal yield strength, the nominal ultimate strength and the nominal ultimate elongation present a decline trend with the corrosion rate increasing. At last, the stress-strain constitutive relationships for corroded plain round bars and ribbed bars are established on the basis of test results, and the characteristic values are given for engineering reference.
