摘要
针对小型作业车辆功率小、调速范围不大、要求结构紧凑、操纵方便等特点,提出6种单行星排输出分流式液压机械传动方案,并从转速特性、扭矩特性、功率特性以及操控性等方面进行分析,同时还比较了发动机输出的动力从机械流减速进入行星排和从液压流减速进入行星排的两类传动方案的特点及其主要特征参数的约束条件,提出了合理选择传动方案和特征参数的基本原则。
Six kinds of hydro-mechanical transmission(HMT) scheme are put forward aiming at the small operating vehicle's characteristics (small power, limited speed range, compact structure, easy to control ,etc. ). The rotational speed characteristics, torque characteristics and power characteristics are analyzed. By comparing the characteristics and the constraint condition of main characteristic parameters, we present a reasonable transmission scheme and the basic principles of characteristic parameters.
