摘要
液力变矩器内部流动为极其复杂的三维湍流流动,目前其CFD计算已由稳态发展到瞬态。在液力变矩器瞬态流场特性分析基础上,通过UDF控制泵轮和涡轮转速变化,可得到其变泵轮转速液力变矩器动态特性曲线。基于变矩器流场瞬态计算得到动态特性曲线与试验对比后发现误差较小,说明采用的动态特性数值计算方法是正确有效的。
The internal flow of the hydraulic torque-converter is extremely complex as a three-dimensional turbulent flow. At present, CFD calculations have been developed to transient. Based on the analysis of transient flow field characteristics of the hydraulic torque-converter, we can acquire the dynamic characteristic curves by controlling the pump impeller and turbine speed changes using UDF. The dynamic characteristic curves from the transient flow field are smaller compared with the~ experimental data, which indicates that the numerical calculation method used in the dynamic characteristics is correct and effective.
