摘要
目的:探讨中医护理技术难度分级及准入管理。方法:通过德尔菲法(Delphi Method)对我院20位专家采取问卷调查,并对中医护理技术进行难度分级以及给出相应的准入管理建议。结果:中医护理技术平均难度为5.47,其中中低难度的护理项目比例占到67%;护理项目中高难度操作包括水针法、耳针法等,中难度操作包括刮痧法、穴位按摩法等,低难度操作包括拔罐法、中药煎煮法等。中医护理准入条件主要为:①高难度需为本科或本科以上学历、主管护师、中医护理工作经验≥10年以及1年或1年以上中医护理理论和专项培训;②中难度需要大专或大专以上学历、护师、中医护理工作经验≥5年以及6个月及其以上中医护理理论和专项培训;③低难度操作准入需为中专或中专以上学历、护士或护士以上、中医护理工作经验≥2年以及3个月及其以上中医护理理论和专项培训。结论:对中医护理技术难度进行分级以及准入管理的建立,能为界定护理人员相关资质的培训和规范化中医护理技术操作提供有效的借鉴。
Objective： To investigate difficult grades and admission management of TCM nursing techniques. Methods： 20 specialist were investigate by Delphi Method. TCM nursing techniques were graded, corresponding admission management advices were given by them. Results： Average difficulty of TCM nursing techniques was 5.47, medium and low difficult projects accounted for 67%. High difficult projects included water acupuncture and ear acupuncture, etc; medium difficult projects included scraping and point massage, etc; low difficult projects included cupping and TCM decocting method, etc. Admission conditions of TCM nursing included 3 items Ⅰ. Nurses with bachelor degree or above, charge nurses, TCM nursing experience≥ 10 years, TCM nursing theory and professional training 91 year operated high difficult projects; Ⅱ. Nurses with college or above, primary nurses, TCM nursing experience≥5 years, TCM nursing theory and professional training≥6 months operated medium difficult projects; Ⅲ. Nurses with secondary education or above, nurses or above, TCM nursing experience≥2 years, TCM nursing theory and professional training≥3 months operated low difficult projects. Conclusion： Difficult grades and admission management of TCM nursing techniques could provide effective reference for training of defined relevant aptitudes in nurses and standardization of TCM nursing techniques.
