摘要
老年反复尿路感染是内科常见病。该病症状繁多,容易复发。通常认为尿路感染属于中医学"淋证"范畴,病机为湿热下注,临床多采用清热利湿法治疗。笔者通过临床实践发现,老年反复尿路感染的病机为气虚血瘀,采用益气活血法治疗有较好的疗效。
Recurrent urinary tract infections in elderly is a common disease in department of internal medicine, it belongs to Linzheng in TCM, Shire Xiazhu symptom, and was treated by Qingre Lishi therapy. Clinical practice found Yiqi Huoxue therapy shows obvious effects on urinary tract infections.
