摘要
干槽症是一类较为常见的拔牙术后并发症,典型表现为剧烈疼痛,如未能及时正确处理,疼痛可持续数日甚至更长时间,同时造成拔牙创口愈合时间延长,严重影响患者生活质量。本文对该并发症的发生原因、临床表现、处理及预防进行具体阐述,为临床预防及处理该并发症提供参考。
post-tooth-extraction complication,typically manifested as severe pain. If no proper treatment is taken,the pain will last several days or more, the wound healing time will prolong,and the patients will also get a great suffering. This paper tries to elaborate the causes,risk factors,clinical characteristics and treatment of these complications,in order to provide references for prevention of these complications in or after tooth ex-traction.
