变异性通气的临床应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是重症医学科(ICU)常见的临床综合征,机械通气是ARDS重要的治疗措施,虽然小潮气量保护性通气策略等机械通气支持治疗的进步,病死率仍高达27%~45%。原有机械通气模式采用单一固定的潮气量或压力支持进行通气,忽视了呼吸生理的基本变异率。近年来,
