摘要
随着我国市场经济体制改革的进一步深入,上市公司高管薪酬已成为公众关注的焦点。文章通过统计2011-2013年安徽省上市公司高管薪酬数据,发现在高管薪酬总体水平、不同行业高管薪酬差距、高管薪酬制度等方面都存在诸多问题,文章在分析这些问题的基础上提出了完善安徽省上市公司高管薪酬激励机制相应的政策建议。
Along with further reform of market economy system in our country,executive compen-sation of listed companies has become the focus of public attention.this paper,through the statistical analysis of executive compensation of listed companies in Anhui province in 201 1-2013,holds that there are problems in the overall level of executive compensation,executive pay gap between different industries,and executive compensation system.Therefore this paper puts forward recommendations of the corresponding policy.
