摘要
目的：探讨品管圈在提高产科病房病人交接班完整率中的应用与效果。方法：由外部及内部辅导员对产科护士进行品管圈运作的系统培训，抽取产科骨干护士14名组圈，确定“提高产科病房病人交接班完整率”为活动主题，经组员脑力激荡讨论，制定交班文件大纲68项，2013年6月21日～7月4日2周内共查检了940例，平均完整率53．38％，结合圈能力，改善重点确定目标值为87．29％，依鱼骨图解析选出5大主因，建立4大对策群组，实施对策后完整率91．94％。结果：提高了产科病房病人交接班的完整率，目前交接班指南手册已在产科病房广泛应用。结论：品管圈充分发掘了护理人员的个人潜能，加强了护理团队的凝聚力，使护士更好落实核心制度，确保护理安全；同时促进了医院的安全管理，树立良好形象。
Objective：To improve application and effect of the maternity ward patients shift integrity rate of quality control circle . Methods：From external and internal instructor of obstetric nurses were trained coil operation , extraction of backbone 14 nurses in group rings, to determine the ＆quot;improve the maternity ward patient handover complete rate＆quot;as the theme, the team members brainstorming dis-cussion, make handover document outline 68, 2013.06.21 -7.04 in two weeks to check .In 940 cases, the average rate of complete 53.38%, combined with the ability to improve the circle , determine the target value of 87.29%points, in accordance with the fishbone diagram analysis for five reasons , establish four countermeasures countermeasures integrity rate of 91 .94% after the group .Results：Im-prove the maternity ward patient handover complete rate , the handover guide had been widely used in obstetric ward .Conclusion：The quality control circle could fully exploit the nursing staff＆#39;s personal potential , strengthen the nursing team cohesion , enable nurses to better implement the core system , to ensure the safety of nursing care;at the same time , the safety management of the hospital , establish a good image.
