摘要
目的：分析显微手术治疗斜视的围手术期护理方法和效果。方法：搜集2012年9月～2013年9月我院接收的显微手术治疗斜视48例患者，随机分为甲组和乙组。对甲组24例围手术期实施综合护理，对乙组24例围手术期实施常规护理。观察、比较甲组和乙组的护理效果。结果：甲组护理有效率和护理满意度高于乙组，差异较大，有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：显微手术治疗斜视的围手术期综合护理效果显著，值得推广。
Objective：To analyze the microsurgical treatment of strabismus perioperative nursing methods and results .Methods：Sep-tember 2012 September 2013 our hospital received microsurgical treatment of strabismus 48 patients were randomly divided into groups A and B.Division 24 cases for the implementation of a comprehensive perioperative nursing , B 24 cases for the implementation of routine perioperative care .Observation , care comparing groups A and B results .Results：Group A nursing care efficiency and satisfaction than B , the larger the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Microsurgical treatment of strabismus comprehensive periop-erative nursing effect should be remarkable , worthy of promotion .
