烧伤残余创面应用生物活性玻璃结合浸浴治疗的临床效果评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨应用生物活性玻璃结合浸浴治疗疗法治疗烧伤残余创面的临床效果。方法选取来我院治疗的200例烧伤患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规烧伤治疗方法,治疗组采用生物活性玻璃结合浸浴治疗,比较两组患者治疗后烧伤残余创面的愈合情况及创面细菌清除率。结果治疗组的创面愈合时间显著少于对照组,且用药7d、15d的创面愈合率显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组创面细菌清除率90.00%,对照组创面细菌清除率68.00%,治疗组显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用生物活性玻璃结合浸浴治疗疗法治疗能够更佳有效地促进烧伤患者残余创面的愈合,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of bioactive glass combined with bath therapy in treatment of residual burn wounds. Methods A total of 200 patients with burn injury in our hospital were selected and randomly al-located to a treatment group and a control group, with 100 patients in each group. The control group received regular treatment for burn wounds, the treatment group received bioactive glass combined with bath therapy. Recovery of resid-ual burn wounds and the bacterial of the wound for the two groups after treatment were collected and observed. Results Recovery of the patients in the two groups after the treatment was compared. Wound recovery time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the wound recovery rates 7 days and 15 days after administering medication were significantly higher than those in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.01); Clearance rate of pathogens in the wounds in the treatment group was 90.00%, and that in the control group was 68.00%. The rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment of bioactive glass combined with bath therapy helps effectively promote the recovery of residual wounds for patients with burn injury, which is worthy of widespread clinical application.
