摘要
"师范性"不足、外部肆意塑造、强职业取向、乏范可师、重教书轻育人、泛实践倾向和窄技艺规训,是当前教师教育存在的突出问题。教师教育是养成性的,重视和深入实施养成性教师教育,有利于解决上述问题。在师范院校阶段,实施养成性教育要习养师范生的学识与技艺性、培养师范生的能力与建造力、滋养师范生的智慧与教育观、葆养师范生的童心与真性情、陶养师范生的谦诚与美善心、蓄养师范生的信心与上进心、涵养师范生的勇气与学习力。
The typical problems in current teacher education comprises the deficiency of normality, un- scrutinized external impact, profession-orientation, lack of norms to emulation, teaching knowledge outweighing moral discipline, emphasizing practice generally with limited skill training. Teacher education is essentially accomplished through cultivation. Stressing and implementing teacher education through cultivation is conducive to resolving the above-mentioned problems. During the period of normal university education, the cultivating education ought to be implemented by improving the students' knowledge and skills, strengthening their capacity and creativity, nourishing their wisdom and education outlook, preserving their innocence and pure temperament, cultivating their modesty, honesty and kindness, accumulating their confidence and ambition, and developing their courage and ability of learning
