黑麦草植株-土壤环境因子对铅污染的响应研究

摘要 采用盆栽根袋试验,研究了Pb胁迫(0、100、300、500、1 000mg/kg)对黑麦草植株生长发育状况和土壤环境特性的影响。结果表明,0-300、300-500、500-1 000mg/kg为不同Pb胁迫层次,其中Pb质量分数为300mg/kg和500mg/kg时有利于黑麦草根系生长。另外,根际土壤pH均较非根际土壤低,pH在生长50d时差距较大。黑麦草整个生长发育阶段内,根际土壤含Pb量均小于非根际土壤,生长50d时土壤Pb质量分数最低。黑麦草生长40-50d时,修复效果最明显。 Using Rhizobox method, the effects of Pb stresses (0 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg, 1 000 mg/kg) on the growth, development indexes and soil environment indexes of ryegrass were studied. The results showed that 0-300 mg/kg, 300-500 mg/kg and 500-1 000 mg/kg were the three different gradations of Pb stress. And Pb concentrations of 300 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg were benefit to root growth of ryegrass. The pH values in rhizosphere soil were lower than those in non-rhizosphere soil, whose differ- ence was larger when the ryegrass grew for 50 d. The Pb content in rhizosphere soil was lower than that in non-rhizosphere soil during the whole growth stage, and the Pb content was the minimum when the ryegrass grew for 50 d. The remediating effect was the most obvious when ryegrass grew for 40-50 d.
